The lower part consists of fringes and gives it a three dimensional quality as well as breezy charm. When attaching it to the wall, one first decides how long the fringes will be. Do they extend half way up the wall, or are they only in the lower third of the room? Neither is a problem. On Monday it is combed, on Tuesday it is plaited. The fringes can be draped over the seating arrangements. And if a change of image is required, one simply picks up a pair of scissors and gives it a new haircut around the television or the mini-bar!
