Iris is a previous graduate from Kuopion Academy of Design in Finland with a degree in ceramics and glass design. In her work she is concerned with the sustainable, adaptable and functional character of the design and borrows elements from her own Finnish culture and aesthetics. Her designs on show explore the possibilities of stacking as a functional and aesthetic solution in contemporary kitchen and serveware.

In the near future Iris will be relocating to Finland, and will be producing her own work there as well as working as a freelance-designer.
