KnollStudio®, a division of Knoll, Inc., renowned for its collection of classic and enduring designs for the workplace and the home, recently announced the launch of Knoll kids,a children’s modern furniture collection.

Launched in May 2009, Knoll kids consists of modern mid-century classics that have been scaled for a younger generation, while maintaining the standards of the designers and affirming the Knoll belief in the power and utility of modern design.  Like all Knoll products, the pieces are finely crafted using the highest quality materials, finishes and textiles to create one-of-a-kind pieces that appeal to the unique taste of the Knoll customer. The initial offering includes new chairs and tables as well as select items already available in the KnollStudio line.  Prices range from $220 for a Maya Lin Child’s Stone to $3,674 for a Child’s Mies van der Rohe Barcelona Chair.

The line will be available exclusively through Knoll Space retailers for a limited period before being made available at targeted children’s furniture retail stores across the U.S. and Canada.
