Can't bear to throw things away? tend to be a pack rat? Among many designers’ ideas, a new product may be the solution for those who have a hard time getting rid of things with sentimental value. “All the things I keep inside” is Nynke Boelens’ new concept, a flexible cupboard that can grow in proportion of the things you put inside. “I like to keep a lot of things, I am really bad in throwing things away and the stiffness of a traditional cupboard annoyed me” says the young designer. So, why not design a cupboard that is flexible and can keep all the things you don’t want to throw away? The project is made of 480 parts which are all inter-connected with an elastic cord giving this way the possibility to adjust its size depending on the quantity of things you place inside. And the best part of it? it no longer defines the amount of the things you can keep.
