Beyond Limits, an exhibition of sculpture in the gardens of Chatsworth House in Derbyshire (England)  brings together the work of 20 modern artists including Marc Quinn and Salvador Dali. The annual exhibition is organised in association with Sotheby's and is open to the public until the 2d of November.

Berlin-based Mashallah Design & Linda Kostowski have created items of clothing by scanning human bodies and using the data to create sewing patterns. The human form is turned into 3D patterns of polygons, which are then turned into 2D files and used to laser cut fabric.

"Blown ups" are Glass blown lights combining the skills of the glassworker and the playfulness of clowns and children’s entertainers. If only glass were as pliable as balloons! Blown ups are designed by David Hupton and Yve Thelermont, most famous as "Thelermont Hupton".

1.7 is the first installment of a collaboration between a fine artist Reona Ueda, and a graphic design studio NEWWORK. It is a wearable piece of art inspired by kanzashi, a traditional Japanese hair ornament. It is composed of spiraling text, defining peace.

While I have been away jet setting and living a ones in a life time YELLOW and Bubbling experience I have been thinking of how to put all this fabulousness into words. Let me say THERE ARE NO WORDS to explain, but I will try. Here comes the first part...of the yellow bloggers trip!

Each bead in the necklace is 5 minutes. The whole necklace is one solar day. The orange and red ones represent the whole hours. As the wheel turns, one bead falls off and drops down the string every 5 minutes. You can take the necklace off the wheel whenever you wish to “stop time”.

The ‘Lotus’ room is conceived as a fragmented enclosure that can be compressed and expanded into programmed areas for resting, sitting, storage, and browsing. Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects for the 11th Venice Architecture Biennale.

PS is a series of lights made using expanded polystyrene as a diffuser in combination with recyclable or about to be disposed domestically available objects in order to create a variety of types (floor, table, wall). PS light series are on view during the Green Design Festival in Athens.
