A tiny, self-sufficient colony on the Athenian Riviera, The Margi provides guests with a fantastic alternative to an urban stay that could very well make you forget the rest of the city ever existed! Located in beachy Vouliagmeni, this family-run hideaway capitulates on the endless Greek summer, allowing the sea and sun to set the overall tone. Structured around a glorious pool & restaurant that has become the focal point of the entire neighborhood, The Margi does continental chic with a Greek twist, sticking to a strict farm-to-fork policy across all available dining options, thanks to their very own farm! Yup, you heard us right, The Margi Farm is a fully operational, 20 acre property, where the owners implement natural farming practices and have even built their own irrigation system, thereby keeping industrial interventions to a minimum. The farm features animals, olive trees and a variety of orchards that produce fruit and vegetables, along with a bounty of fresh eggs, all year round!

During the summer months, the hotel and farm are connected with a shuttle service and guests are encouraged to book individual or group outings, complete with an al fresco dining experience, after they pick their own fresh produce to create personalized dishes. A typical summer meal could include house-made cold-pressed olive oil, Rosé wine, soft goat’s cheese, and freshly picked artichokes, wild asparagus, fragrant herbs and greens from the surrounding hills, making any other restaurant option pale in comparison. Who said that Athens is all about the Acropolis anyway?
