Co-owners Andreas Agrios and Sokratis Dimopoulos come with a wealth of experience under their belts: Agrios, who's in charge of the kitchen, practically grew up in his family's grill house, operating out of Pyrgos for the past 30 years, while Dimopoulos, who's in charge of front of house, has honed his skills at some of the best spots in the city. Together they make a powerhouse team that always puts meat first, although they've recently made some very interesting additions to their growing menu.
