Founded by designer Thomas Heatherwick in 1994, the Studio eschews any fixed design dogma and rigid aesthetic for an approach centered on the human experience by combining pragmatism with ingenuity and innovation. Comprising some 250 cross-disciplinary s professionals, from architects, designers, and urban planners to technicians and writers, the Studio's work includes buildings, spaces, master-plans, objects and infrastructure.
