About Greece is for Lovers
Greece is for Lovers is a product design studio established by Vasso Damkou, Thanos Karampatsos and Christina Kotsilelou. Since 2006 they have been designing, producing and promoting their products, limited editions and one-offs as well as exhibiting throughout the world. Inspired by the stereotypical notion of what is widely held to be “Greek” (or otherwise to be "a Greek"), their designs comment on habitual activities and behavioral patterns both of the past and the present. Greece is for Lovers work by the foot of the Acropolis hill, in Athens, Greece.
