Architect Minas Kosmidis establishes his first architectural studio in the city of Komotini, Greece in 1993, undertaking architecture and interior design projects all around Greece both residential and commercial. In 2007 Minas Kosmidis moves to Thessaloniki, Greece and establishes the studio Minas Kosmidis [Architecture in Concept]. During the last years it has created a broad and diversified portfolio internationally in the fields of private housing, hospitality, retail, and more importantly in the area of food service and entertainment. In 2012 the studio won the 1st prize in the “Best of the Year Awards” organized by the U.S. magazine “Interior Design” in the category of casual dining; it has also received three 1st prizes in the Chinese competition “Modern Decoration International Media Awards” in 2012,2013 and 2014 respectively. Furthermore, two of the studio’s projects have been shortlisted in the “FX Interiors Design Award” [London, UK] in 2012 and 2016 respectively and one project has been shortlisted in the 4th  “Idea-Tops International Space Design” [Shenzhen, China] in 2013.
